Vatike support

Vatike shows Estonian electricity exchange prices with 24% VAT, and the cheapest times to use electricity. Network fees and supplier margin are not included.

Prices don’t update. Pull down on the main screen to refresh. Tomorrow’s prices are usually published in the afternoon.

Siri doesn’t answer. Open Vatike once, then say “Hey Siri, what’s the electricity price in Vatike?”. If it still doesn’t work, open the Shortcuts app, choose Vatike and make sure Siri is turned on.

Widgets show old prices. iOS decides when widgets refresh. Opening Vatike updates them straight away.

Alerts don’t arrive. Check that notifications are allowed for Vatike in iOS Settings, and open the app every few days to renew them.
